Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping rates 

All deliveries are tracked and posted by An Post.

A standard Irish postage charge for all orders is € 5.00

Shipment processing time & delivery estimates

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, this may vary depending on various days or holidays. All orders placed before 4pm will be collected by our courier that afternoon. Irish domestic estimated delivery is within 1-2 working days. Please keep in mind that once the order is handed over to the courier, we have no control over delivery times.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping rates

Orders to the UK and Europe have a standard delivery charge of €25.00

For regions outside Europe and the UK, email us for shipping rates.

Shipment processing time & delivery estimates

Orders abroad are aimed to be dispatched within 1-2 working days, this may vary depending on various days or holidays. All orders placed before 4pm will be collected by our courier that afternoon. Orders abroad may take up to 14 days to arrive. If you are shopping from abroad, you can email us for a more detailed arrival time estimate. Please keep in mind that once the order is handed over to the courier, we have no control over delivery times.

Courier

AnPost is the courier we use for deliveries. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number within 24 hours of your order being dispatched to confirm the package being sent. You can check your order status on www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search . If you have any queries regarding the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Shoe Voyage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please note that postage times can vary and depend, especially during the current pandemic.
