Online Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you purchase goods online with us and if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please provide (send back) your receipt as proof of purchase. Please note that goods must not be worn, altered, or washed and in the original shoebox. The box including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway.
If an item is returned outside the 14 day returns period, store credit will only be offered (applies only to full-priced items).
Complete the return form by marking the appropriate box with the reason for your return. Place the return form inside the box.
Returns may take time, it can take approximately 10 business days for us to receive your return. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. Please note we will not include the cost of the original postage
We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product. The refund will be issued online.
**Please note if your purchase has a fault we have got to be notified within 3 days, faulty item that goes over this period may not be accepted
Sale Price Items - Sale items can be returned for an exchange size/style or Credit which will be posted out to you in the form of a Store Gift Card.
If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/ sequins / jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.
If you need to cancel your order please call us asap or email shoevoyage@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order, otherwise orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Please also note that most of styles are not waterproof unless the description states.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
